The implications around COVID-19 and supply chains are far-reaching and will be felt for years to come. As businesses and manufacturers emerge from the COVID-19 crisis, several questions about the new norm will emerge. Namely, when shuttered factories reopen, operations restart and regular activities resume, will quality remain an imperative?
