Quality professionals should focus on continuous improvement. To do so, they can obey the following 10 Commandments of Quality. Identify and reduce variation. Experiment to optimize. Establish and maintain data bases. Embrace statistics. Standardize procedures and audit for compliance. Design for manufacturability. Communicate with suppliers. Plan for quality. Teach quality.
