Abstract
Ideally, we will always have a sufficient amount of data available to analyze. If our experiment did not yield enough, we may be able to repeat or expand the experiment to gain more data. However, that is not always possible in real- world industry. As stated by Student himself: “There are other experiments, however, which cannot easily be repeated very often; in such cases, it is sometimes necessary to judge the certainty of the results from a very small sample.” Fortunately, there is Student’s t-distribution to help us in such cases.
