Abstract
Thinking about who is in our audience, their interest in various aspects of the material and where they will need additional details can lead to a more satisfying experience for the communicator and the recipient of the information. A complement to the presenter anticipating questions is how audience members can ask better questions. These two aspects can help to get the most out of shared communications.
