Abstract

Wanting to improve how safety training is delivered in a plant setting, the authors applied statistical methods to track training effectiveness. In this fictitious case study based on real-world scenarios, the Kirkpatrick model also was used to evaluate the safety training and scores of those who completed the testing. This approach was used to help decision-makers determine the best combination of training offerings for workers.
