Abstract

Implementing ISO 9001:2015—Quality management systems—requirements, Clause 4—Context of the organization effectively is critical to building an effective and sustainable quality management system (QMS). Clause 4 establishes criteria for business sustainability and lays the foundation for the organization’s management system. When aligned to the organization’s strategic direction, these building blocks help the organization establish its current and future direction.
