Abstract

To sustain success, an organization must have a competitive advantage, which can be achieved by changing its quality management system (QMS). The new QMS must have a broader scope that aims to meet the needs and expectations of all relevant interested parties and enhance the customer experience. The process approach must be applied fully to all activities, and new behaviors must be imbedded in a quality culture of ethics and integrity.
