Abstract

In today’s healthcare landscape, change is the only constant. Price transparency and basic supply and demand challenges have accelerated disruption. A healthcare organization’s longevity now depends on its ability to adapt to change and meet customer expectations. To thrive, healthcare leaders must proactively assess, plan and manage their organization’s ability to reduce costs and elevate quality. Leaders must determine how to offer high-quality services at prices that are attractive to customers, and position the organization into the ideal cost-quality window to sustain the business and remain relevant.
