Abstract
Typically, quality is not considered in urban logistics, but opportunities abound. One opportunity is to support strategic decisions, such as developing solutions to reduce the nuisances of urban goods transport. In a case study of a city in northern Italy, the authors show how the House of Quality was used to analyze stakeholder involvement and needs concerning urban logistics planning and ultimately improve congestion and pollution in the city.
