Abstract

Promoting industry in Israel’s periphery regions through quality is always a great challenge for quality professionals. This article highlights the Program for Quality and Excellence in Northern Israel and the successful collaboration of quality professionals with corporate social responsibility initiatives of large enterprises in northern Israel. Details of a recent study of feedback from the program’s participants show how the program contributed to other organizations and benefited others. The study’s results also propose future opportunities for improvement.
