Abstract
Sometimes, continuous improvement is about taking the good parts of a process, product or system, and building on those strengths to create something even better. When our editorial and design teams decided it was time to turn the page on QP’s design, we determined we had an already-strong foundation in place, and lots to build on. So, with that in mind, we decided not to drastically change the visual appearance of the magazine, but instead make subtle, strategic modifications to areas we identified as candidates for improvement. The goal being to help reader navigate content, improve readability and surface additional learning tools, information and supplemental resources with clear visual cues. These updates aim to modernize the magazine, improve readability, and create a seamless connection between print and digital content.
