The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted many aspects of society, such as the way we work and the way businesses run and operate. Quality management brings many needed tools and methods to combat the pandemic and its disruptions. Quality tools stand ready to help organizations implement new requirements brought about by the pandemic into their operations, products and services. The authors show how quality tools and methods can be used to successfully manage your way through the COVID-19 pandemic—whether by combating the pandemic itself or by addressing the disruptions it has brought about.
