When everyone in my organization was required to work from home all the time, I realized that I was not as happy. My quiet time to get things done was overtaken by an exponential increase in video calls. The effect  of working from home on lean Six Sigma (LSS) projects varies depending on the specific project and the organization’s processes and culture. Here are a few potential effects.
