Abstract

I've seen many quality initiatives come and go over the years. I have used the system of profound knowledge (SoPK) as a lens through which to look at these quality approaches. This identified what was and wasn’t useful. This column shows how to use SoPK to improve quality. Every organization’s system is different, so this is more descriptive than prescriptive.
