As a quality engineer, you may sometimes feel frustrated when facilitating or leading a team. You may think, “Why don’t the team members support me? Why am I fighting by myself? Why am I in this situation?” When you have these thoughts, it is important to remember that any newly formed team often undergoes a formal bonding process.
