Abstract

For those like me who have taken the unconventional route leading to a quality role, your unique experiences are a benefit, not a detriment. Pull what you have learned from those experiences and mold them into skills that can be used as tools to navigate the quality world. I often use my skills and passion for writing and teaching in my daily work, and I am pleasantly surprised at how the path of where I thought my career would take me and the path that has led me here have merged.
