Abstract

Now is the time for organizations to take a more empirical approach to quality management and assurance by assuming the role of educator. Readings from the great works of Greek philosophers and mathematicians can help today’s employees make wiser decisions. The theories of Socrates and Euclid can help enhance critical thinking and a culture of improvement.
