Abstract

Change management is a crucial element of any quality management system because it ensures that all changes to processes, products and services are managed systematically to maintain or improve quality. Successful change management hinges on a clear vision, strong leadership and effective communication. A quantitative-based change management survey can be used to assess a change initiative’s probability of success. It consists of the three sections: planning change, implementing change and sustaining change.
