Abstract

At a business focused on providing services to Medicare recipients, a new operating system was installed to improve usability and accessibility. However, the employees directly using the software found that the software was restricting workflows and hampering productivity. The employees had a hard time describing the issues, so check sheets were used to gather data that could acted upon accurately and without producing the same results. Using these check sheets to gather data allowed the business to make improvements which equated to a lot of money saved on labor efficiency.
