Abstract

We face a jobs crisis with a dearth of qualified applicants for millions of vacant jobs. Within the K–12 education systems, many schools tasked with preparing competent citizens and workers are burdened by their own ongoing great resignation, deteriorating work conditions, commitment to outmoded assumptions about learning and an apparent inability to integrate the broader aims of education with advanced technology.
