Change is inevitable—whether it’s by necessity or choice. When faced with a decision of where to take your career, you may find yourself at a fork in the road. How do you know which way to go? Which road will lead to your next career opportunity? Sometimes in these situations you choose the wrong path. When that happens, sit back and analyze why you went that way. Ask yourself the auditor questions—who, what, when, where, why and how—to determine why you made that choice.
