Abstract

Regardless of how long you have been in the same field or organization, everyone is vulnerable to this type of change, especially in the current economic climate (early 2023). How we prepare for and react to changes such as this are key to how we survive, grow and cultivate our careers. Preparedness and prevention (just like preventive quality costs) must be implemented to ensure continued growth, prosperity and success.
