Abstract
According to a quality professional at the 2023 ASQ World Conference on Quality & Improvement: “If it’s repeatable and predictable, artificial intelligence (AI) can replace humans.” The world is buzzing and bristling about AI’s potential and what the future of work holds. Should you be concerned? Yes and no. Al can be friend or foe, depending on how it’s deployed.
