Abstract

Since 2021, the ASQ NextGen mentoring program volunteer committee, along with the entire ASQ community, has been working diligently to advance the learning and development of the next generation of quality professionals. The NextGen mentoring program still is in the pilot phase, but that hasn’t taken away from its success. If you have the time to commit at least one to three hours a month for at least six months to meet, mentoring can be a powerful tool for mentors and mentees.
