Abstract

As much as audit nonconformances tend to be perceived as purely negative, they offer opportunities to add value by improving procedures, practices and the entire quality management system. Audit nonconformances can be poorly written to the point where it is unclear what the issue is, however, and therefore there is no basis for such improvements. There is a simple three-part method for documenting nonconformances.
