Abstract

A key factor that hinders retaining organizational knowledge is the absence of a learning environment. There is knowledge that is extremely important to employees—such as what key competitors are doing, new technology and regulatory change—but isn’t accessible to them. Follow these steps to maintain a lessons-learned process and capture organizational knowledge.
