Abstract

The only constant in today’s world is change. Markets change, customer needs change and internal operations must evolve. Organizational culture must follow suit, or the changes won’t last. The only way to change the culture and add long-term value is to create standard work so your organization can meet and exceed customer expectations consistently. The author outlines a case study about how Navicent Health’s Office of Accreditation led the enterprise toward an ecosystem of standard work and zero waste.
