Abstract

The CrowdStrike chaos that crashed millions of computers and disrupted organizations—including banks, airlines, hospitals and government offices—across the globe in late July could have been averted with adherence to some basic quality concepts—that is, better planning and proper testing, according to two senior software quality professionals.
