Mind Your Millennials
Abstract: Many traits of young people of today lend themselves well to surveys. This tech savvy generation is hungry to let people know what they think and why. Millennials also have a strong sense of self, seek outlets to connect with brands and are more comfortable sharing personal information and opinions. Grabbing their attention may be the biggest hurdle to your institution’s survey initiative.
