ASQ Mexico Student Branch Hosts Quality Day

Abstract: On May 28, the student branch of Universidad de Monterrey hosted the XI Quality Day, attended by a record 420 students. During this event, five conferences were held concurrently. ASQ Chair James Rooney participated as a keynote speaker and presented on root cause analysis (RCA). To achieve good RCA, Rooney said, many factors and aspects must be addressed to help an organization improve and make a better world.
