The SR Paradigm
Abstract: This article by Cindy P. Veenstra, Ph.D. reviews four ASQ publications on social responsibility (SR) and suggests that SR could be combined with a strong quality approach to develop a SR paradigm for helping disadvantaged and low-income students succeed in our colleges and universities. Three recommendations are made for actuating this paradigm.
