The Rolls-Royce Master’s Degree in Technology Program With Purdue University

Abstract: Rolls-Royce Corp. in Indianapolis and Purdue University College of Technology in Lafayette, IN, have collaborated to develop a master’s in science program for engineers who want to pursue an advanced degree in a broader study area. This program also was developed as a means to retain engineers within the engineering realm, rather than migrating to the business areas of the company. This collaboration, started in 2004, provides Rolls-Royce engineers a means of developing new skills, while growing as professionally employed engineers.
