An Applied Model: An Interdisciplinary Health Science Doctoral Approach
Abstract: The Interdisciplinary Health Science doctorate program at was developed to bring a cultural change to graduate education by establishing an innovative interdisciplinary model for graduate education and training in applied research for working professionals. This model emphasizes producing allied health research scholars who are competent in interdisciplinary approaches to the research process and in developing problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment that transcends traditional disciplinary boundaries.
