GPS: Goals + Process = Success

Abstract: To implement continuous improvement at the secondary level, teachers in Weatherford Independent School District in Texas began working with tools that gave them immediate feedback from the students. The tools they used were a consensogram and a plus/delta. By using these tools, teachers realized students valued providing input.
