Community College’s Lean Efforts Save Time, Money

Abstract: For more than 15 years, trainers from Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) have provided process improvement (lean) training and consulting services for manufacturers in central Iowa. Additionally, DMACC's lean consultant and college administrators have engaged in numerous lean projects to save time and money.
