Abstract: What do you do when students aren't meeting the standard? A Math ART initiated the conversation after consecutive years of low-achieving performance. See why scores nearly doubled when the PLC structure was implemented. Teachers identified the essential outcomes, developed formative assessments, analyzed performance, and designed a program to help those who didn’t meet the standard. The result: continuous improvement and gains in improvement.
