Baldrige...Why This Journey?

Abstract: Those who have followed the Baldrige path have discovered that amazingly, it does work. While not a quick fix, any school district can reap major improvement? and do so fairly rapidly?when it takes action based on answers to the questions posed by the Baldrige criteria. This summarizes the success of using the Baldrige Education Criteria for k12 school systems and describes its three benefits (delete the current last sentence if you run out of space).
