All Conference Registration fees include continental breakfast, coffee break, lunch, and afternoon snack (each day attending).
We understand that occasionally things do happen that prevent you from attending a program for which you have registered. If you find that you cannot attend the ASQ Inspection Division Conference, here’s what you can do:
- Send a substitute - substitutions can be made at any time, even onsite.
- Transfer - Transfer your conference fee to another conference of your choice.
- Cancel - Requests for cancellations and conference fee transfers received on or before September 9, 2019 will receive a full refund. Requests received September 10, 2019 through September 16, 2019 will incur a $50.00 processing fee. No requests will be accepted after September 16, 2019.
Note: Non-payment or Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.

Rates: The conference center offers rooms at a rate of $119 per night.
Room rates do not include taxes. Taxes include an 8.5% City Transient Fee & a 1% State Transient Fee.

Ground Transportation: It is a 3 minute (1.5 mile) trip from the airport to the conference hotel.
Airport shuttle: There is free airport shuttle service to the conference center from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.

Who Should Attend
This conference is geared towards all quality practitioners regardless of their experience, what industry they work in, or knowledge of inspection techniques. Though the focus is on the science of inspection, a wide array of quality topics will be addressed. The conference will be beneficial to attendees working in, but not limited to, the following industries: automotive, food, medical device, manufacturing, aerospace, plus many others.

ASQ management can also assist any person in making a direct report to the legal or human resources departments. All complaints will be treated seriously and investigated promptly.
