ASQ’s ImpaQT Training™ for the District provides a framework for continuous improvement within your school district. This course is designed specifically for superintendents and other district-level leaders who are experienced in quality training, who are new to quality, or who have varying levels of knowledge about continuous improvement and its function in strategic planning.
In this two-day training, administrators and other district personnel will learn to promote a systems-thinking approach to alignment of key indicators at the district, school, and classroom levels while building a strategic plan that gathers input from critical stakeholders. Participants will use the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle and other quality tools to identify key indicators from strategic objectives and measure the success of these objectives. Participants will identify leadership success factors and focus on the importance of developing action-oriented, collaborative learning communities that will support change and improvement initiatives over time.
