This course is designed to provide students with the topics, direction, mentoring, and case studies necessary to realize the advantages of process improvement. Process improvement initiatives are not new to organizations. However, the application of a systematic approach to change is changing the most prestigious companies around the globe. The quality techniques associated with managing business process have virtually changed over night. Added to that momentum for quality is the parameter of technology driving innovation, global competition, and outsourcing. The most successful organizations are those that proactively harness technology, processes, and opportunities toward developing relationships that add tangible benefits to both customer and company.
