Learn interviewing techniques, how to plan and execute an audit, including how to properly write reports and follow-up on findings. This course is structured to include role-playing, workshops, and a shop-floor audit. Participants will gain the skill and knowledge necessary to effectively carry out internal process audits of their company's quality management system. (Three-day course)
