Learn the ASQ Quality Auditor 2004 Body of Knowledge (BOK) for preparing, performing, reporting, and following up audit results. Learn auditing process fundamentals or review these concepts while preparing for the ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) exam. ISO 19011 audit standard changes that influence the CQA BOK are included as well as auditing process-based systems. The Auditing Fundamentals I course consists of a series of lessons, illustrations, diagrams, examples, supplemental handout information, interactive exercises, and quizzes.
