Consultant Q&A

Question:

Small groups, clubs and societies have a lot to learn from the quality movement.
They must have a purpose. [Vision]
They must have a structure.
They must be willing to learn and improve the service offered to stakeholders.
They must have core values.
All nice ideas but they don’t have the vocabulary or background to relate to these concepts. Quality needs to speak the language of the common people. Have you traveled this road? Any advice to offer?
