Question:
What advice can you offer on how to deal
with difficult people within a team environment?
Specifically, we have members of our team who say they
support the team and the ideas of teamwork, but when
something does not go their way, or certain decisions are
made, they become difficult. They put aside all
agreements and commitments they have made to consensus
decision making and teamwork and they become
individualistic. How do you deal with these people that
say they support their team, but in reality only support
their own personal agendas?
