Jim Pelham serves as a Quality Advisor at the U.S. Army's Fort Campbell Readiness Business Center. His work there covers Installation Supply, Maintenance, Transportation, Operations and Aviation Logistics Management. A certified facilitator, Pelham provides guidance to several work teams. In 1997 Pelham was recognized as the Fort Campbell Civilian Employee of the Year in the Administrative/Specialist Category. Before his current position at Fort Campbell, Pelham spent four years in the navy and four years in the private sector.
