Email: olst235@lni.wa.gov
Tressa Olson has seven years
experience in the quality and continuous improvement
field. As a member of the senior management team she
works with the executive team to manage process
improvement by fixing things that assist with the
achievement of the agency priorities. Olson has also

www.tqnet.com
Total Quality Network. This is the single largest
resource dedicated to the quality industry. You can
search for products and services, correspond with the
experts and join discussion groups.
www.quality.org
Quality Resources Online is my favorite site to look for
quality related issues. The site includes hot jobs and
resumes, links to organizations and consulting firms, and
a quality book of the week. You can search for hours on
this site.
www.nga.org
The National Governors Association. This site keeps me
updated on current events, states’ best practices
and innovations, and public-private partnerships. It
gives me great ideas on what other states are
doing.
www.expedia.com
Expedia Travel Agent is an excellent site to check on
travel arrangements and compare airline fares.
www.travelocity.com
At Travelocity you can check weather, book reservations
for hotels and airlines. There are maps, bed and
breakfasts, ski resorts and more. If you travel, this
site is for you.
www.governing.com
Governing Magazine—this site has information on how
the states are doing in performance management,
assessment, technology and economic
development.
