The Alluring Sugar Crystal – Mini Paper Appearing in the Fall 1989 Newsletter

Abstract: The elements of Quality Control Circle (QCC) are demonstrated through the observation of ants working together to move a sugar crystal. The macro and the micro level thinking and activities of (QCC) may encompass the machineries operating a particular country as a whole and simultaneously may percolate to all the sub-levels down the ladder, thus covering the entire spectrum. In this way, QCC becomes a true implementation suiting the particular culture or environment of a country.
