Process Capability Study (1500)

Abstract: This spreadsheet performs a complete process capability analysis for up to 1500 data points. The data is displayed using a Histogram and SPC charts. The SPC charts are evaluated for eight stability criteria. A capability analysis is performed providing a summary of the process data, values for Cpk, Ppk, and SPC limits for Individual Moving Range charts or X Bar R charts, X Median Charts, and Pre-Control charts.
