Quality Assurance Manager. The responsibilities will include:
Drive compliance with ISO 9001 & our Quality Manual
Champion our internal auditing program
Execute management reviews
Lead 5S Program
Collect metrics for quality analysis
Drive quality improvement with data collected from metrics
Supervise Quality Control department
Work with all departments within the company to resolve quality issues
Candidates must have 3 years of quality management and supervisory experience and must be able to pass a physical,
drug screen, and background check.

Quality Program Manager at AGCO Corporation: Jackson, MN
JOB PURPOSE: Plan, develop, enhance and maintain a Quality Management System that provides continuous improvement to Application Equipment manufactured by the Application Business Unit in order to meet or exceed customer specifications.
JOB DUTIES: Group Management, Leadership/Supervision, Quality Objectives, Budget, Quality Data, Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality, Pilot Runs, Product Reliability, Communications, Deviations/Non-conformances, Corrective/Preventative Action System, Meetings, and Training/Resource.
BACKGROUD / EXPERIENCE:
Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in a major field of science, engineering or technology required. Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology or equivalent degree.
Experience: 5-7 years relevant experience in manufacturing and production processes. Direct experience with a quality function and/or quality related responsibilities. Prefer experience in the automotive or agricultural equipment manufacturing industries.
Supervisory Experience: Direct experience in team facilitation and group leadership. Previous supervisory or management experience, skills and responsibility is preferred and may be required.
