Brew Pub Tour
Topic: The April Dinner Meeting will consist of a tour of the Cambridge House Brew Pub in Torrington. The tour will include a technical overview of the brewing process along with a beer tasting and will be followed by dinner at the Pub.

Program:When Scott Scanlon and Steve Boucino opened the Cambridge House Brew-Pub five years ago they foresaw �a place where you can get away from everything for a few hours and enjoy some great food, good company and some nice, handcrafted local beers.�
Among those �handcrafted local beers� are Copper Hill Kolsch, a light ale type developed in Cologne Germany, and Old Mill Pond ESB, an English style "Extra Special Bitter". The Kolsch won a gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival (GABF) as did the Cambridge House IPA.

Directions: From CT-8 North -Take exit #44 (DOWNTOWN TORRINGTON, CT-4), turn Left on to East Main Street (US-202) toward downtown Torrington and proceed 0.6 miles. Turn right on Main Street and proceed 0.1 miles. Pub is on right.
